Now it is time for us to be together in the 3rd coutry, JAPAN!

The volcanic moutain range of Aso is powerful.
It is waiting for us to be in touch with the sacred wisdom.
Please read details below regarding the terms & conditions of the retreat and registration process.
Date and Location:
The retreat will be hosted at Yushin, Yoshimuta Plateau, Kumamoto, Japan.
Dates are from Novermber 9-16th (7 nights)
The retreat includes transport from Kumamoto Airport (KMJ) at 2pm on November 9th and a return drop off at 2pm on November 16th.
Travel to Kumamoto Airport
Each participant to make own travel arrangements to Kumamoto Airport.
There are a few different ways to travel to Kumamoto Airport.
Flight Connection to/from Kumamoto Airport
-via Haneda （HND) Airport
-via Narita (NRT) Airport
-via Osaka (ITN) Airport
Another option is the Shinkansen (bullet train) which runs throughout Japan
Transport from Kumamoto Train Station to Kumamoto Airport
-Limousine bus from Kumamoto Train station takes about one hour ($7)
Registration:
The tuition is US$3,250
(Includes a couple of excursions, cultural activities and transportation from/to Kumamoto Airport)
With $350 deposit, you will secure your spot at the retreat.
Please fill the form at the bottom of this page for registration. You will receive an email to process the deposit and payment information for tuition and meals/housing.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Subsequent to making the deposit, the balance of the tuition is due within two weeks.
Payment Installments
If installments are what you need, please select "payment arrangements" when you fill the registration form below.
We will make arrangments for installments.
The installments need to be completed by October 1, 2024.
Housing and Meals:
Housing and meals are separate from the tuition.
Yushin has 6 cabins of varying capacity and floor plans.
Each cabin has 2-3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
All rooms include shares shower and toilet.
*Single and 2 person per room are currently not available.
we will take waitlist for your preferred room. (please indicate it the comment section in the registration form)
- 3-4 person per bedroom (Futon on Tatami floor-truly a Japense style!) - $650
2 person per bedroom - $900 (limited availability)Single room in a loft - $1150 (limited availability)
Rates are all inclusive (housing & meals) for 7 nights.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel the registration, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you cancel after September 1st, there will be no refund.
Travel Insurance:
We certainly recommend travel insurance for a longer trip like this.
Please make sure your Passport is valid.
